I’m almost out of coffee! I totally forgot to buy some yesterday and now I have a friend coming over for breakfast and maybe enough for 2 cups. Argh! I have to run errands today so I guess that includes a stop at the co-op.
I have been drinking this relatively new brand of coffee (at least new to me) called Larry’s Beans they’re based out of Raleigh and seem really cool. They’re coffee is all fair-trade and shade grown. They also seem environmentally conscious–I saw a want ad for a driver for their delivery van that was run on biodiesel (and/or veggie oil). I actually thought about applying for a second. I tried the Frank Sumatra Blend first and it is wonderful. Very smooth, not acidic at all. I highly recommend it. It tastes equally good in my French Press or in my drip coffee maker.

Close up of the beans, they smell so good.

And on that note, I’m off to fix some coffee.
